Police Search For Suspect Who Knocked Man To Floor In Bronx Building
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police were searching Wednesday night for a suspect who knocked a man to the floor and stole a key card from him in a Bronx building earlier this month.
Around 7:05 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, police said the suspect came up to the 50-year-old man from behind in an apartment building near Walton Avenue and 167th Street in the Concourse section of the Bronx. The suspect knocked the man down and took the key card from his wallet, police said.
The suspect was described as a black male standing about 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and dark-colored jeans.
Police have released a surveillance video of the suspect attacking the man on a landing near a staircase.
