Jason Bay couldn't have asked for a better start to this year's spring training.  Now concussion-free, Bay is batting .389 (7-18) thus far while working on a new stance at the plate with hitting coach Dave Hudgens.  It reduces excessive movement, and I asked Bay about the changes and the results.
