Chelsea Building Facade Collapse Leaves Apartments Exposed To Elements
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The facade has come off of a building on 14th Street and Eighth Avenue in Chelsea.
The damage has exposed four apartments to the elements and to onlookers on the street below.

Emergency vehicles are on scene, along with the Red Cross. No injuries were reported in the facade collapse, according to authorities.
The debris hit a car on the street below.
