Ceiling Fan Blamed For Fire At West New York, N.J. Day Care Center
WEST NEW YORK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Children were forced out into the cold Tuesday, when a fire broke out at a day care center in West New York, New Jersey.
The North Hudson Regional Fire Department confirmed a fire broke out at the Lollipop Daycare Center, at 5001 Park Ave. West, on Tuesday afternoon, 1010 WINS reported.
There were no injuries.
The fire was deemed accidental and electrical in nature, fire officials told 1010 WINS. It started in a ceiling fan, fire officials said.
