NYPD Reviewing Incident After Postal Worker Handcuffed By Plain-Clothes Officers
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is reviewing an incident between police and a postal worker in Brooklyn.
CBS2 reports cellphone video captured the March 17 confrontation between 27-year-old Glenn Grays and four plain-clothes officers and a lieutenant.
Grays claims he was making deliveries when an unmarked police car nearly ran him over in Crown Heights.
He said he then shouted at the officers, who stopped and demanded identification.
Grays was handcuffed and placed in the back of the unmarked police car.
