Brooklyn Man Dies After Falling Off Cliff In Palisades Interstate Park
ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Police in New Jersey are investigating the death of a Brooklyn man who fell from a cliff at Palisades Interstate Park over the weekend.
Artem Adshevy, 26, fell to his death at Rockefeller Lookout around 9 p.m. Saturday.
Police said Adzhevy was seen beyond a safety barrier before he fell.

A sign posted at Rockefeller Lookout warns "Do not go beyond barricade," but some feel more safety measures can be taken to make the area safer for park goers.
"It's a long way down so it should be more protected," Moosely LeBlance, of Brooklyn, said. "Perhaps they could put some kind of glass barrier."
The incident comes two months after the death of 16-year-old John Graniello, who fell down a cliff at Palisades Interstate Park just north of the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee.
The Fort Lee High School junior fell more than 100 feet after climbing over a 3-foot safety fence, police said.
"These are the first two accidents in about a dozen years that involve apparently accidental deaths," James Hall, the park commission's executive director, said.
Adzhevy's death has sparked a new debate on safety.
Local mayors are looking into more ways of preventing people from climbing out onto the cliffs, which are hundreds of feet above the Hudson River.
Fort Lee Mayor Mark Sokolich suggested the school district educate its students about the dangers.
"They need to follow these rules and regulations," Sokolich said.
