Brooklyn Man Arrested For Long Island Shooting
VALLEY STREAM, NY (AP) - A Brooklyn man has been arrested for allegedly opening fire on a 43-year-old man on Long Island.
Nassau County police say Richard Davidson is accused of shooting at the victim during an altercation outside a Valley Stream building on Sunday. Police say he continued shooting as the man ran inside the building.
The victim was struck six times in the legs and twice in his shoulders. He was taken to a hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
The 36-year-old Davidson was set to be arraigned Monday. It was not immediately known if he had a lawyer.
