Brooklyn Fast Food Employees Plan Friday Evening Pro-Union Protest
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 23-year-old pizza deliveryman who lost his job at Domino's is planning a dinnertime demonstration for the right to unionize.
Brooklyn-based fast food workers employed by McDonald's, Papa John's and Domino's will reportedly conduct a pro-union walkout during Friday's dinner hour, 1010 WINS' John Montone reported.
Greg Reynoso is the leader of the Fast Food Forward labor movement.
He recently lost his at the Domino's at Graham Ave., where he earned $7.50 an hour.

After Friday's borough-wide demonstration in Brooklyn, it's on to the rest of the country. The protest is expected to spread to more major cities on Monday.
"I think we should get together, go on strike, increase our pay than what we work for," said one Brooklyn McDonald's employee.
One worker at the McDonald's on Atlantic Ave. agreed she wanted more money -- but won't join the union movement, for fear of risking what she had.
"I clean, I cook, I make food, maintenance, pick-up, delivery, whatever they ask me to do, I do," she said.
In April, hundreds of fast food workers and supporters protested outside New York City restaurants to demand higher wages for their low-paying jobs, including about 60 who chanted "Hey, hey! Ho, ho! Minimum wage has got to go!" at a midtown Wendy's.
New York's minimum wage is $7.25 but the state Legislature last month voted to raise it to $9 by 2016.
