Brooklyn Con Back Behind Bars For Sexually Assaulting Girl, 4
NEW YORK (AP) -- A Brooklyn man who recently finished a prison sentence for pimping out a teenager is being sent back behind bars after he was convicted of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl.
Tommaso Dilillo was sentenced to 32 years Friday. He was convicted last month of grabbing the little girl outside her Borough Park home in 2007 and molesting her. She was found wandering the streets blocks away from her home. The Daily News of New York reports Dilillo tossed the girl's underwear from his car, which was recovered and DNA was gathered.
Police had no match until he was arrested in 2009 on charges he trafficked a 15-year-old girl. After he pleaded guilty in 2011, his DNA was collected and matched to the child's case.
