Woman Grabbed On The Street, Forced To Withdraw Cash For Trio Of Bronx Thieves
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 76-year-old woman was forced to withdraw money from a bank and hand it over to three thieves.
The woman had just walked out of a Citi Bank on Castle Hill Avenue in the Parkchester section of the Bronx, when she claims two women grabbed her and walked her over to a car.
A man sitting inside the vehicle told her to withdraw money she had just deposited, if she knew what was good for her.
The woman did what she was told.
Police haven't said how much money was involved.
