Teacher Arrested After Allegedly Slapping Student At Bronx School
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A teacher was arrested Monday for allegedly slapping a student at a public school in the Bronx.
Mark Valentinetti, 58, was charged Monday with acting in a manner injurious to a child, assault, and harassment, police said.
Valentinetti was arrested shortly after 1 p.m. Monday inside P.S. 83 the Donald Hertz School, at 950 Rhinelander Ave. in the Bronx, police said.
Police told CBS2 Valentinetti was accused of slapping a student. The slap did not leave any visible marks or injuries, police said.
