Police Seek 2 Who Robbed Car Dealership In The Bronx
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are on the hunt for two men who they said held up a car dealership in the Bronx.
According to authorities, the men entered the dealership at 974 Westchester Ave. around 3:45 p.m. on Thursday and pretended to be interested in buying a car.
Once inside the office, however, one of the suspects approached two male employees, pulled out an imitation pistol and demanded cash, police said.
The second suspect then punched one of the employees in the face and brandished a knife, police said.
Both suspects fled the dealership in a white 2008 Dodge caravan with an unknown amount of cash.
One of the employees was taken to Lincoln Hospital and treated for a cut to his hand.
