Jets WR Brandon Marshall Returns To Practice, Likely Still A Game-Time Decision
FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) — Brandon Marshall will likely be a game-time decision for the New York Jets on Sunday at Kansas City as he continues to recover from knee and foot injuries.
The wide receiver returned to practice Friday on a limited basis after sitting out earlier in the week. Coach Todd Bowles says he is questionable to play against the Chiefs.
Marshall, who had his left knee bend awkwardly beneath him during a play at Buffalo last Thursday night, said he remains hopeful after taking some snaps in practice but is "not where I want to be."
Marshall, who also hurt his left foot on the play, added that he wants to be sure he's "an asset and not a liability out there."
The Jets will reassess Marshall's knee and foot Saturday, and it could come down to how he feels Sunday before kickoff.
