Fire Rips Through Building In Borough Park, Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An extra-alarm fire broke out in Borough Park, Brooklyn late Sunday.
The fire broke out in a mixed-occupancy building at 4122 Tenth Ave. in Brooklyn, the FDNY said.
The fire was raised to a two-alarm response and was ongoing Sunday evening.
Video posted to Twitter showed flames raging in a ground-floor storefront. The awning above indicated that it was a laundromat.
One firefighter was taken to Maimonides Medical Center with minor injuries, the FDNY said.
