The Jets appear to be getting closer to deciding on who to hire as their general manager, as the Texans' director of college scouting, Mike Maccagnan, will be coming in for a second interview.

So after Boomer got through gloating about his red-hot Rangers following their 4-3 win over the Kings in L.A., the guys talked about the thorough process involved with Gang Green's head coach and GM search.

From there it was on to the hapless Knicks, who were featured nationally Thursday night on TNT and stuck to the script by falling to the Rockets 120-96 in a game that featured a collection of fans donning paper bags on their heads while sitting courtside.

In addition to all of that goodness, we are staring straight down the barrel of a weekend filled with NFL divisional playoff action.
