Jerry's Update
The Knicks beat the Spurs, 105-101, in Carmelo Anthony's return. Iman Shumpert's career-high 27 points led the way. Melo did his thing on the court, but it's something he said off it that had Craig puzzled.
The Nets edged OKC last night as Joe Johnson delivered a buzzer-beater to send Brooklyn to a much-needed win. Our own Bob Heussler had the call.
Kevin Gilbride, the Giants' now-former offensive coordinator, announced his retirement. As you know, Craig has been very hard on Eli, which is why he wanted to give Gilbride credit for winning two SBs with the younger Manning.
The Isles also won last night, the Sooners beat Alabama in the Sugar Bowl and Jay Cutler signed a big contract extension with the Bears.
