After Al Dukes offered a tip to make your Earth Day a productive one, Jerry Recco got to updating, beginning with the details surrounding Mike Woodson and his entire coaching staff being fired by Phil Jackson after finishing the season with a record of 37-45. Steve Kerr's name has been mentioned as a possible replacement.
As for the Nets, they are still actually playing basketball and will be in action tonight north of the border, where Jason Kidd will be looking for a sense of urgency as his club looks to take a 2-0 advantage over the Raptors. Last night the Clippers blew out the Warriors to the tune of 138-98, while the Grizzlies outlasted the Thunder in OT by a score of 111-105 and Joakim Noah wins the NBA Defensive Player of the Year.
