"I think what we did the last time was we gave keys to the city and did we do a ticker tape parade as well? And who was holding the trophy in the front truck? Just wanted to point out there I was. I want to be careful here. I don't want somebody to say we jinxed it. So, I'm not going to talk about it," he said.
Of course, the mayor really didn't have to talk about it. He made his intentions quite clear.
The Giants face the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday and if they win that, they go on to the Super Bowl in Indianapolis on February 5.
New Jersey Gov. Chris Chrisite has suggested that such a parade should be held in New Jersey since that is where the Giants play and train.
