'Bloom' Wins 15th Annual Times Square Love And Design Competition
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Love is in bloom in Times Square.
A structure named "Bloom" won the 15th annual Times Square Love and Design Competition.
It was unveiled Wednesday and is meant to represent humanity's ability to love and care.
"Bloom" will remain in Duffy Square until March 9.
