Billy Ray Cyrus Shares Bloody Photo Of Weekend Scare!
No it’s not Halloween, though when you see the photo that Billy Ray Cyrus tweeted of his son, you may think differently. According to tweets from Billy Ray Cyrus and his son Braison, the 18 year old had a tonsillectomy this past week and then over the weekend, an artery opened up creating what you will see in the photo tweeted below.
Braison is second to youngest of Billy and wife Tish's five children; Trace, 23, Brandi, 24, Miley, 19, Braison, 18 and Noah, 12. Billy also has a 20 year old son, Christopher, from a previous relationship.

Tweeting from his hospital bed, Braison attempts to explain what happened.
I got my tonsils out last week. Not sure what happened exactly but long story short my artery opened and I was bleed a lot. All good now — Sun Braison Wukong (@BraisonWukong) July 16, 2012
Country turned pop star daughter Miley Cyrus was fairly quiet on twitter in regards to the family emergency, but did finally retweet her dad’s tweet thanking God and hospital staff for taking care of Braison.
Thanking God and all the fine doctors nurses and staff at Providence Saint Joseph hospital. Been a wild 24 hours but bringing my son home . — Billy Ray Cyrus (@billyraycyrus) July 15, 2012
If you have plans for getting your tonsils out, you may want to consult Cyrus, who appears to be second guessing the procedure.
Thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers for @Braisonwukong. He's doing better. Who said gettin your tonsils out wasn't dangerous ? — Billy Ray Cyrus (@billyraycyrus) July 16, 2012
The family did however, get some good news this past week, as Billy Ray and daughter Miley’s duet, “Ready, Set, Don’t Go” went platinum! See the unofficial video with lyrics here.
