Now, a bill has been proposed to seal the death certificates of minors for ten years, and it has the backing of St. Sen. Ed Meyer.
"The bill has got a lot of support because the parents have reached out to us and said... 'The death of our children and the death certificates really should be a private family matter,'" Meyer told WCBS 880 Connecticut Bureau Chief Fran Schneidau.
