All proceeds will be dedicated to fight Long Island's heroin epidemic.
"This is just something that's effecting everybody and it's beyond an epidemic," DelGuidice said. "It has to stop."
The concert will be held on July 28 at The Emporium in Patchogue. Billy Joel has been known to make appearances at Big Shot concerts, but whether he'll be there on July 28 is still unknown.
"Whether or now he would show up, I have no idea," DelGuidice said. "And I don't want to be the one who asks, but you never know."
From 2009 to 2013, there were 337 people who died in Suffolk County from heroin-related overdoses, surpassing totals in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan and all other counties in New York State.
