Chefs Angie Rito and Scott Tacinelli are cooking up quite a refreshing summer menu over at dinnertable. Start out your meal with a light seafood bite – the Montauk Pearl Oysters or Scallop Crudo are excellent choices. Traditional dishes are also getting an updated twist -– the Artichoke Falafel with housemade spiced yogurt, honey, and tahini as well as the Chrysanthemum Salad with colatura-spiked Caesar dressing aren't things you see on a dinner menu very often. Finally, end your meal with their Amalfi "Sgroppino" – Sorrento lemon sorbet with Prosecco granita. You'll fee just a little bit closer to Venice after taking a few bites of thise frozen treat.
