NEW YORK (WFAN) -- In Game 2 of the 2006 World Series, Detroit Tigers pitcher Kenny Rogers was caught on camera with a foreign substance on his pitching hand. The next day, Oct. 23, Mike and the Mad Dog discussed the potential ramifications, including how Major League Baseball should deal with similar situations.
Later that day, Steve Palermo, MLB's supervisor of umpires during the 2006 World Series, joined Mike Francesa and Chris "Mad Dog" Russo to discuss the controversy surrounding Rogers.
