NYC's Best Labor Day Happy Hours: Drinks, Games, And More
Labor Day weekend is around the corner and that means it's time to celebrate! Here are five places with special happy hour deals and brunch menus to help you soak up those final days of summer. By Carly Petrone.

Head to the newly-opened Bottle & Bine over in midtown and sip on some Labor Day specials from the bar. Try one of their creative cocktails created by mixologist master, Moses Laboy. Campari drinkers will definitely enjoy the "Karma Chameleon," made with Campari, fresh orange, lemon, and Hefeweizen-style beer. Those looking for a vodka-based drink with a twist will enjoy the "Safety Dance" – Kettle One, watermelon/basil sweetener, fresh lime juice, and a few dashes of Peychauds and chamomile/citrus bitters.

No need to dust off your board game collection, because the folks over at Del Frisco's Grille have set up an adult-inspired game day for you this Labor Day weekend. Celebrate the final days of summer out on their patio with rose pong, kegerators, and classic lawn games. Play a few rounds of corn hole, life-size Jenga, or giant Scrabble with your friends, while sharing delectable bites like Ahitacos or lollipop chicken wings. Got a pooch that wants to celebrate too? Feel free to bring your dog (with leash) and treat your pet to some homemade dog treats baked by Executive Chef Greg Lombardi as well as a game of Frisbee. Owners can indulge in dog-inspired specialty cocktails like the "New Yorkie." You won't want to miss it!

Stop into Pinks on Labor Day for a special Monday feast! For $30, you can enjoy all you can drink select draft beers and tacos starting at 4 p.m. Now that's a reason to celebrate. Watch the bartenders pour a perfect pint from the gear shift beer taps and relish in the upscale speed-shop vibe (make sure to check out the motorcycle chain chandelier that hangs above the bar.) Don't forget about their daily happy hour (3 p.m. – 7 p.m.) where frozen cocktails and sangria is just $8 glass/$25 carafe. Bottoms up!

Make your reservation for brunch at Sons & Daughters this Labor Day weekend. From 12 p.m. – 4 p.m., you can nosh on everything from soft scrambled eggs with bacon beignets and hot sauce, to Peruvian chicken and waffles. Take your pick from the brunch cocktail menu, but make sure to pace yourself -- all-day happy hour starts immediately after brunch service. Grab a $30 bottle of rose, 2-for-1 sangria pitchers, pretzel bites and a beer for $10.

Want to get your hands dirty this Labor Day weekend? The garden of Concord grapes over at Forrest Point will be in full bloom, so come ready to pick your favorite bunch. Hand them over to the bartender to have them make a cocktail of your choice. Pair your drink with a summer-inspired bite, like Mexican grilled corn with mayo, ancho chili powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, and cotija cheese, or a fresh watermelon salad with radish, English cucumber, feta, baby arugula, and lime vinaigrette. Enjoy these last moments of summer out on the patio!

Seafood lovers can rejoice, because Pier A Harbor House is offering $1 oysters all day, along with $20 pitchers of their very own Brooklyn Long Lager.
