Tractor-Trailer Carrying Beer Overturns On The BQE, Snarling Morning Commute
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A tractor-trailer carrying beer overturned on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway Monday, causing delays for the morning commute.
Debris blocks all eastbound lanes at Hamilton Avenue following the crash. Authorities said the driver has been hospitalized in stable condition.
Traffic extends back to the Verrazano Bridge, causing roughly an hour delay.
Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
