With Michael Vick and the Eagles taking care of business against the Texans last night, the Giants wake up this morning in second place with the Redskins coming to town on Sunday.  Boomer called the game on Westwood One and he came away with a few questions about the Eagles, a team he described as young and a little suspect on defense.  The Giants made some news off the field, well at least their outspoken safety Antrel Rolle did, when he compared football players being booed by fans to soldiers being booed coming home from war.  Needless to say this comment ruffled a few feathers and Boomer & Craig tried to make sense of it all.  So a lot to cover on this Football Friday edition of the Boomer & Carton Morning Extravaganza…

Plus, Craig is upset with the lack of coverage for the Redskins-Giants game in the papers and then during Jerry's update we hear about the plan Craigie has for his wife if he were to die, Giants defensive tackle Barry Cofield refuses to sing along, Brandon Moore spills the beans on Mark Sanchez's choice of pre-game music, Kurt Warner claims he won't be making a comeback, Bill Cowher gets Craig excited, Boomer's days of dressing like a porn star, David Ortiz talks about wearing the Pinstripes, Mega-Boom and his trusty Sidekick, a refreshing Moment from Jerry, the guys Picks-Picks-Picks for Week 13 and an 'Attention Grabber' with some looong legs…

Now we all understand that Monday night's Jets-Pats game is a 'big-game', I mean Craig has been calling it the biggest regular season game in Jets history, a history that dates back to 1960 by the way.  Antrel Rolle's comments, LeBron James' return to Cleveland, World Cup Soccer, there is a lot going on in the world of sports.  With all of that said, Craig could not understand how neither the NY Daily News or the NY Post had a single story about the Redskins-Giants game, which will take place Sunday at 1pm in the New Meadowlands.  He discussed this with Boomer prior to Jerry's first update of the day.  During Jerry's update we learned that Craig has a plan for his wife or instructions if you will, if he passes away before she does…

Barry Cofield was in the locker room when Justin Tuck gave his inspirational halftime speech, that some believe propelled the Giants in their come from behind win against the Jaguars last Sunday.  So when he joined the Show just after 7am this morning, Craig asked him about the tear jerking address.  We also got his take on fans booing their team and the return of LeBron James to Cleveland, Cofield is from Cleveland Heights, Ohio.  They eventually got to Big Blues match-up with the Redskins this Sunday…

The Jets are 9-2; the Pats are 9-2, so when they meet in New England on Monday night needless to say there is a lot on the line.  With that in mind Al 'Hughes' Dukes reached out to the Jets and booked Brandon Moore, who has been with the Jets since 2002, to come on and keep the big Football Friday Program going.  Brandon is an offensive guard for the Jets, so his job is to protect Mark Sanchez and we learned that the two of them often drive to the stadium together on game day and rock out to Justin Bieber…

Kurt Warner retired from the NFL last year and it's safe to say the Arizona Cardinals wish he hadn't.  When talking about Warner's career it's hard not to be awed.  Not only did he perform at a high level on the field, but his path to get to the NFL is really unbelievable.  Many feel he retired prematurely and rumors have been circulating about him making a return next season, but Warner put those rumors to bed today, telling the guys he is perfectly happy working for Fox as an analyst; he will be calling the Rams-Cardinals game on Sunday, and there is no return in his future…

Bill Cowher joined the guys to talk some football this morning and that is exactly what he did.  Craig prodded around trying to get an indication of whether or not he is planning on returning to the sidelines next year, but Cowher didn't reveal his hand.  He was very forthcoming when talking about the Week 13 action, specifically the big games for the giants and the Jets…

Boomer often mentions that he was the first ever guest 'VJ' on MTV, of course he was.  Now to date, we have not been able to find any video proof of the momentous occasion, but Craig did take a look at the Blonde Bombers appearance, along with David Cone, on MTV's Remote Control, where he was dressed liked a porn star…

David Ortiz is not a very well liked here in New York and before introducing him to the audience Craig reminded him of that, but Big Papi didn't really seem to mind.  He talked with the guys about the Jeter contract negotiations, steroids and whether or not he'd ever want to put on the Pinstripes and play in the Bronx…
