B&C Morning Show: Yankees Fail To Retaliate, LeBron Fails To Show
The Mavericks evened up the NBA Finals last night at two games apiece with a 86-83 win over the Heat in Dallas. Once again Dirk Nowitzki came up big late, scoring 10 of his 21 points in the 4th quarter, while LeBron James did his best Magic Johnson impersonation and disappeared (that is a reference to the act of magic, not a shot at Hall of Famer Earvin "Magic" Johnson).
Either way, the Heat got a great game from their best player, Dwyane Wade - while the self-proclaimed "King" appeared to be unable to handle the moment.
Meanwhile the Red Sox kept up their winning ways in the Bronx, beating the Yankees 6-4. Boston has now beaten the Yanks 4 straight games in the Bronx, 6 of 7 overall and now find themselves tied with the Bombers atop the AL East. In the first inning Jon Lester hit Mark Teixeira and Russell Martin and to Craig's dismay the Yankees failed to retaliate, which he finds to be unacceptable.
We also heard a story about Craig's A/C breaking, which forced him to sleep in the nude. Boomer didn't seem all that interested...
