B&C Morning Show: LeBron Reaches The Top, Frank Francisco Stirs The Pot
On a hot Friday morning in the big city, Boomer & Craig opened up this edition of the Morning Extravaganza talking about two topics: this weekend's highly-anticipated Subway Series at Citi Field and, of course, LeBron James and the Heat finishing off the Thunder in South Beach to capture the NBA Title.
Beginning with the Subway Series, Mets closer Frank Francisco decided to share his thoughts on his team's opponent, calling the Yankees 'chickens' and expressing a desire to 'strike out the side'.
And here we go - let the games begin!
Boomer & Craig are both very good at what they do, but even the Dynamic Radio Duo couldn't make sense of Francisco's idiotic comments. Either way, it just adds fuel to the fire that is the Subway Series.
Moving right along, the Heat blew the Thunder right out of the building last night 121-106, on their way to a 4-1 Series win and an NBA title. Like him/them or not - in his 9th season - the 27-year-old LeBron James wins his first title, picks up an NBA Finals MVP and his Miami Heat are NBA Champions. So there's that too...
