B&C Morning Show: Knicks Lack Passion - Jets Lack Compassion

Craig was flying solo once again this morning as the Blonde Bomber is off doing whatever the Blonde Bomber does when he does not have to be here (not to worry folks, Boomer will be back in the Allstate Studio on Monday morning).

Getting right into it, Craig began today's edition of the 'Morning Extravaganza' talking about his beloved Knicks, who lost their 3rd straight game last night, falling to the Spurs 118-105 in San Antonio.  It was the Knickerbockers fifth loss in their last seven games dropping their record to three games under the .500 mark at 18-21.  Now this once promising Mike D'Antoni team is floundering, playing uninspired ball and that my friends is a problem.  A really big problem.

After captivating the New York at the start of February, the Knicks are in danger of not making the playoffs.  Next-up, the Buck, who currently trail the Knicks by three games for the 8th playoff spot in the East, Friday night in Milwaukee.

Shifting gears to football, specifically the Jets and their level of interest in Peyton Manning.  After emphatically stating yesterday that there is no way that the Jets will sign Eli's older brother, today Craig informed the Jets that they owe Mark Sanchez an apology for the way they have treated him.  Treatment Craig described as disrespectful and insulting.

Craig suggested that instead of feeding into the rumors and openly pinning for Manning, the Jets should get out in-front of the story, say they have no interest in Manning and that Sanchez is there guy.

So it was there that today's Show began...
