B&C Morning Show: Knicks Dispatch Hawks, Hope To Handle Heat; Yankees' Skeletons Emerge

The Knicks made easy work of the depleted Hawks last night at the Garden and now will take their 'LINsanity 'to South Beach to take on the Heat.

Boomer & Craig could not be happier.

Boomer referenced the 'JLE,' or the 'Jeremy Lin Effect,' and wondered if that combined with the Knicks' refurbished roster will be enough to handle the Heat, who have won 8 straight games, all by double digits.  I guess you could call tonight's game a measuring stick -- or a litmus test if you wish.  Craig declares the Heat to be head and shoulders above the rest, so needless to say the Knicks have some work ahead of them if they would like to go into the All-Star break on a winning note.

Speaking of winning, some interesting news surrounding the Yankees' 2010 campaign: Joe Girardi reacted to some comments made by Brian Cashman, where the Yanks GM admitted to conceding the division title at the end of the year in order to set up a more favorable matchup in the postseason.

So it was the Knicks, the Yankees, Boomer & Craig and all of the goodness that comes along with a package like that to open-up today's radio program...
