B&C Morning Show: Jerry's Update Does Not Disappoint
When Jerry Recco began his first update of the morning with a cut from Yankees radio play-by-play man John Sterling, Craig was immediately reminded of an image of Sterling parading around the hotel in a bathrobe, an act we learned that Craig himself, certainly has no problem relating to. Just ask Al Dukes.
Then it was on to the Yanks, who stopped their two game slide with a 12-8 win over the Tigers and maintained their 4.5 game lead in the AL East. The Mets on the other hand, weren't as fortunate as the Bombers, as they were walloped by the Marlins by a score of 13-0. Jose Reyes extended his hitting-streak to 26 games with a lead-off homerun and afterwards Terry Collins had no answers for his club's futility. Craig thinks an apology is in order.
Plus, the wheels are in motion for Boomer and Craig to play a round of golf along with Mike Francesa and Chris 'Mad Dog' Russo, Jets Nick Mangold's wonderful family and Team USA defeats Australia 119-86...
