We also had more drama from the Jets as Rex Ryan admits to having a private conversation with Derrick Mason, this after denying any conversation with any players for the last 72 hours. Craig didn't make too big of a deal out of the ruse, choosing rather to focus his energy on campaigning to bring Big Papi to the Bronx.
Craig the 'Yankees Fan' loves the idea of the Bombers signing Ortiz to a free-agent deal, in turn making him their DH.
Aand without Boomer around to combat him (Booms went home to rest his golden pipes so he can return tomorrow for Football Friday), Craigie went to the phones early to get the 'Pulse of the People'...
