B&C Morning Show: Boomer's Birthday Wish Comes True — Rangers Win A Thriller
Boomer clearly had some extra pep in his step this morning -- and for good reason. First of all, his beloved New York Rangers took a 2-1 series lead over the Senators after their thrilling 1-0 victory in Ottawa. So needless to say, that had the Booms grinning from ear-to-ear.
On top of that, Jason Bay had himself a night down in Atlanta, as the Mets got a 6-1 win over the Braves and improved to 7-3 on the young season.
As if all of that wasn't enough, the sun is shining bright (or will be by the time this makes it to the website) and today just happens to be Norman Julius Esiason's 51st birthday - which we'll learn later is a pretty big deal to the Blonde Bomber.
So considering Boomer is our unquestioned leader, the Morning Extravaganza had an real good vibe going this morning, a vibe so good that it made Craig do some self-evaluating with regards to his take on the return of Andy Pettitte, back in March...
