B&C Morning Show: Boomer Is Not A Mantra Guy; Jerry's Update

The Giants-Jets Christmas Eve match-up isn't the only game on the radar in New York for this Holiday weekend, as the Knicks and Celtics will open-up the NBA season at the Garden at noon on Christmas Day.

As if Craig weren't fired up enough about the Knicks already, their new slogan 'You, Us, We, Now' just about put him over the top.

Jerry Recco was on hand and carried Craig's excitement right into his update, which he began with a few cuts of Giants coach Tom Coughlin where he went from joking around to very serious.

Victor Cruz and Darrelle Revis keep their verbal spat going, Antonio Cromartie talks about letting actions speak, Rex Ryan invites dummies to go after Revis, Calvin Pace plans to appeal $15,000 fine for hit on Michael Vick, Justin Tuck speaks on the importance of scoring more points that your opponent and an uniformed Ahmad Bradshaw talks about the importance of the Saturday's game.

Jerry is a Cowboys fan, so he was sure to dedicate a good portion of his update to the Boys tussle with the Eagles in Dallas.  In Jerry's defense the game does have implications as far as the Giants are concerned and Rex's brother Rob is always good for a good sound-bite.

Plus, The Colts down the Texans 19-16 for their second win in-a-row, the Packers surpass the Cowboys as America's favorite football team, Tim Tebow is America's favorite player, Carlos Beltran signs with the Cardinals, Nets center (and Craig's foil) Brook Lopez suffers a stress fracture in his foot and will undergo surgery today, Rangers edge the Islanders 4-2 at the Garden - Blue Shirt's third straight win and USC's Matt Barkley announced he is staying in school for his senior year...
