B&C Morning Show: Amar'e Stoudemire Talks Knicks And Hitting The Sheets

All eyes will be on the New York Knicks come Christmas Day when they kick off the NBA season with a noon tip against the Boston Celtics at MSG.

With that in mind, Al Dukes booked Knicks All-Star Amar'e Stoudemire to join Boomer & Craig so the three of them could get a little preview for the upcoming season.  Right off the bat Stoudemire declared himself 110% healthy and stated that he does not plan on taking any days off during the season, as was reported last week.

Stoudemire is looking forward to playing with his good friend Tyson Chandler and assured the guys that the entire team, not just the defensive minded Chandler, plan on getting down and dirty on the defensive end of the floor.  He likes the signing of Baron Davis, who according to Stoudemire appears to be in great shape.  He believes the combination of Tony Douglas and Mike Bibby will do fine running the point until Davis is healthy enough to play.

After covering the basketball in a thorough manner, the guys talked a little about the product called 'Sheets Energy Strips' that Amar'e was on to promote.  As it name would indicate, the product is designed to provide an energy boost, while providing a refreshing kick.  Judging by his comments, it sounded as if Amar'e used 'Sheets Energy Strips' for a little boost while frolicking between the sheets...
