B&C Morning Show: All-Star Voting Tilts The Yankees' Way
The MLB All-Star Game will take place on July 12 at Arizona's Chase Field, but if the voting were to end today MLB may want to think about relocating the game to the New York -- more specifically, the Bronx.
To date, the Yankees are dominating the vote. I mean really dominating the vote. Derek Jeter (SS), Alex Rodriguez (3B), Robinson Cano (2B), Mark Teixeira (1B) and Russell Martin (C) all lead the AL voting at their respective positions and Curtis Granderson is the second leading vote getter among AL outfielders.
The Mets, meanwhile, well they're the Mets. And this is an All-Star Game, so you do the math.
Either way, it appears an overhaul in the voting process may be in order. Boomer & Craig discussed the lopsided numbers...
