Suspect That Prompted Bay Shore Schools Lockdown Caught
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The New York Police Department and Suffolk County Police caught the suspect that prompted the lockdown of all seven schools in Bay Shore.
Newsday reported that the suspect, who was caught in the Bronx, was wanted in connection with a shooting in November of 2011.
The paper also reported that there was a temporary suspension of service on the Montauk Branch of the Long Island Rail Road as authorities searched for the suspect.
