NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) - A Port Authority police officer was allegedly beaten up by a daughter and mother who didn't want to move their car in the arrivals pick up area at Newark Airport on Thursday.
As WCBS 880's Monica Miller reported, the assault happened near Terminal A, where 24-year-old Nephatira Dansby refused to move her grey Chevy Equinox that was blocking two lanes of traffic.

A Port Authority spokesman said when Dansby eventually pulled to the curb, a uniformed officer asked her for her driver's license and registration. The East Orange resident then hit the officer with the driver's side door, got out of the car and grabbed her by her arms and face, authorities said.
Dansby's mother, 41-year-old Katrina, was standing in the terminal and jumped in on the altercation, authorities said.
The officer was taken to Trinitas Hospital and treated for trauma.
The two women were charged with aggravated assault and obstruction of justice.
