Antrel Rolle On Giants' Loss: 'There Were A Lot Of Bogus Calls'
NEW YORK (WFAN) -- The Giants lost to the Bears, 27-21, on Thursday night to fall to 0-6 on the season.
It's their worst start since 1976.
Giants safety Antrel Rolle joined WFAN co-hosts Joe Benigno and Evan Roberts in his weekly spot on Friday, and while he admitted that his team simply didn't play well enough to win -- again -- he didn't hide the fact that he wasn't happy with the officiating.

"There were a lot of bogus calls in that game," Rolle told Benigno and Roberts. "I will admit, there were a lot of calls that should not have been made."
Which calls bothered Rolle the most?
"The (personal-foul) call on Will Hill," the captain told Joe & Evan. "My call at the end of the game, when they called (me for a) holding against Martellus Bennett. I'm like, first of all, I'm within five yards. I can jam within five yards. This guy is 6-foot-7, 270 pounds. I'm 6-foot-0, 210. I'm jamming him, he's shielding me off (and) I have to fight. It's not like I was holding him.
"I wasn't grabbing him, I wasn't pushing him to the ground, I wasn't holding his arm. I jammed him within the five yards, took my hands off and when the pass came I prevented him from getting the first down. There was no way he got the first down. But then again, a holding call was called. What can you do?"
The Giants were penalized four times for 31 yards, but continued to turn the ball over. Eli Manning's nightmarish season continued as he threw three interceptions, including a critical one late in the fourth quarter which sealed the Giants' fate.
The defense wasn't stellar either, allowing 372 total yards.
"There are so many calls throughout the game, (and) I'm not the kind of guy to sit there and make excuses," the two-time Pro Bowler told the radio duo. "We lost the game. We lost the game fair and square, no matter how you look at it. But give us a chance to fight. That's the only thing I'm saying. Give us a chance to fight."
When will Big Blue get its first victory?
New York won't play again until Monday, October 21, when it hosts the Vikings at MetLife Stadium. The Giants will then visit the Eagles on October 27 before having their much-needed bye week.
