NYPD: Lloyd Revell Arrested In Hell's Kitchen Anti-Asian Attack
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A Manhattan man has is facing hate crime charges following an anti-Asian attack in Hell's Kitchen.
The NYPD said 38-year-old Lloyd Revell was arrested Thursday morning.
On Tuesday morning, he allegedly punched a 48-year-old Asian man several times, bit his hand, and yelled "Go back to your country!"
The victim was treated at a hospital after the tip of his finger was severed.
