Another Murder-Suicide In NYC?
BRONX -- Police are investigating a possible murder-suicide in the Bronx after a mother and her 12-year-old son were found dead with gunshot wounds to their heads.
Police discovered the bodies of the 37-year-old mother and son in the Morris Heights home at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday after a 911 call. Police said a handgun was recovered at the scene.
Their names were not immediately released.
The killings come just days after another suspected murder-suicide in which a mother and her three children were found dead in a Staten Island fire. A fourth child was pulled out alive but later died.
