And The Award For Best Salsa At The Grammys Goes To... Victor Cruz!
NEW YORK (WFAN) -- He may have said no to "Dancing with the Stars," but Giants star Victor Cruz couldn't deny a show Sunday for the biggest names in music.
New York wide receivers Cruz and Mario Manningham, fresh off their Super Bowl XLVI victory, made an appearance at the Grammys to present the award for Best Rock Performance.
Before announcing the winner (Foo Fighters), "NCIS" actress and fellow presenter Pauley Perrette asked Cruz to show off his famous salsa-inspired touchdown celebration.
Cruz, clad in a gray suit and white shoes, did his thing:
Manningham had to cut it short. "OK, OK, save it for the field," he said.
Cruz was just thrilled to make his mark.
"Can't believe I just got on stage," he tweeted afterward. "Crazy!"
