AMBER Alert Canceled For 5-Year-Old Boy In Connecticut
RIDGEFIELD, Conn. (CBSNewYork) -- An AMBER Alert was issued in Connecticut Sunday night for a 5-year-old boy, who was taken by his father from Ridgefield, Conn., but was canceled when the boy was found safe.
Francis Lupo had last been seen with his father, Paul Lupo. The senior Lupo was driving a blue 2002 GMC Sierra, with Connecticut registration 6558CR.
The vehicle had last been last seen in the area of 12 Downsbury Ct. in Ridgefield, police said.
The alert was canceled shortly after 10 p.m. when the boy was found safe, police said. It was not immediately learned if the boy's father was facing any arrest or charge.
