Altercation With Knife-Wielding Robber, Customer Caught On Camera In South Brunswick
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – Security cameras rolled as a stranger came to the rescue after a man with a knife tried to rob a South Brunswick, New Jersey restaurant recently.
In the video, just released by South Brunswick police, you see a man with his face and had covered walk into the Kapadokya Mediterranean Grill.
John Kozuha was having lunch when the robber pulled out a knife. You can see him stand up in the video.
A restaurant worker can be seen running off, leaving the two men alone.
The video then shows the two men beginning to push each other and Kozuha even pulls out his helmet to push the suspect out and call 911.
No one was injured in the incident, CBS 2 reported.
