NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The Trump Organization's longtime Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg returned to court in Manhattan Monday.
Video shows him walking into the courthouse for a pretrial hearing in the criminal tax evasion case against the Trump Organization.
Prosecutors say Weisselberg collected more than $1.7 million in off-the-books compensation, including apartment rent, car payments, and school tuition.
He pleaded not guilty to tax fraud and grand larceny charges in July.
