The driver was ejected and killed, and a passenger sustained minor injuries, authorities confirmed.
"He came down like a bowling ball and took out two or three cars on Atlantic Avenue," witness Michael Perez, who said he heard a loud sound and screaming, told 1010 WINS' Steve Sandberg. "[He was rolling], and then he ended up halfway down the other block."
One man whose parked Chrysler was totaled spotted a man lying in the wreckage.
"He was lying in the street, in pretty bad shape," he said. "He was obviously going at a high rate of speed to get clipped over there and end up all the way over there and then smash into all of these cars."
Two other people were seriously hurt in the incidents.
There are no identifications and no further information at this time, but police said that they are looking into reports that the hit-and-run driver was chased into Queens by the driver he hit in Brooklyn.
