7/21 CBS2 Tuesday Afternoon Weather Headlines

It will be a little brighter this afternoon with temps spiking right around 91°... our first heat wave of 2015! The other side to the story will be the storms later today. We're not looking at a widespread event, but some isolated storms could produce a burst of heavy rain and some gusty winds.

There could be a leftover shower/storm early this evening, but things will wind down thereafter. It will be less humid into the overnight hours with a low around 70°.

A more comfortable air mass will settle in tomorrow. Expect mostly sunny skies, comfortable humidity levels, and a high near 85°.

Thursday and Friday are looking good as well with highs in the low to mid 80s.
