4th Teen Arrested In Vicious School Bus Beating
NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- A fourth teen is now in custody in the reported bullying incident aboard a school bus on Long Island.
All four suspects are accused of beating a fellow teen that they believed to be gay.
The victim says he endured verbal taunts for weeks but did not report the abuse until it turned physical on Wednesday.
Three of the suspects have been identified as 16-year-old Chase Morrison of Lakeview, 18-year-old David Spencer of North Valley Stream and 16-year-old Roy Wilson of Baldwin.
Morrison will be arraigned Friday.
The identity of the fourth suspect, a 14-year-old from Elmont, is not being released. He is being charged with assault as a hate crime and aggravated harassment.
