3-Year-Old Reunited With Family After Being Found Wandering On Upper East Side
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A 3-year-old child was found wandering on the Upper East Side Monday morning.
According to the NYPD, the child was found around 9 a.m. at 71st Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues.
Authorities were able to reunite the child with family. They apparently got separated while at a shop nearby.
No charges are being filed.
